How to use a booking QR poster for your clients’ next visit
Short answer
Put your business name, a QR code for your booking or website link, and one short scanning instruction on a poster. Place it at checkout, on a mirror or in the window. Invite clients to book their next visit, test with two phones before A4 printing, and keep the printed link working when your website changes.
What belongs on the poster?
Include your barbershop or beauty salon name, a clear QR code pointing to a published booking or website page, and one line explaining what scanning does. Choose “Scan to book” for a booking page or “Scan to visit our website” for your site. Make the booking option easy to find on the destination page.
Zotview’s free tool needs no sign-up and works in Arabic, Turkish, English, German and Russian. Enter your business name and link, then choose one of the two preset headings to see a printable preview. The tool creates a poster; prepare a working booking or website link before using it.
Place it where clients can scan comfortably
At the counter or reception, keep it visible while clients pay. On a mirror, use a clear spot beside the chair without blocking the client’s view. Keep products and equipment away from the code. Walk-in clients can use the link for a future visit, and returning clients can book before leaving.
Face a window poster outward so passers-by can scan it while you are closed. Check it from the pavement and in different lighting. Glass reflections or glossy covers can make scanning harder; move it if needed. Avoid curved surfaces and overlapping notices.
Keep the printed link working as your site changes
A printed QR code keeps the address you entered. Editing the link in the tool later does not update posters already on display. Preserve the booking page address during a redesign. If you move the page or change domains, arrange a redirect from the old address where possible and test the old code. Otherwise, generate a new poster and replace every copy.
Free Zotview sites are published at zotview.com/w/your-name and do not appear in search engines; clients can still open that address through a QR code. A subdomain or your own domain and Google visibility come with Pro, with no ranking guarantee. After changing addresses, test the actual printed poster rather than assuming its destination updated.
Prepare, test and use your poster
Check the page and create the poster
Open your published link as a visitor. Check services, times and branch details. Enter the business name and link in the tool, then choose the heading that matches the destination.
Test with two phones before printing
Scan the preview with the cameras on two different phones before printing. Confirm that the correct page opens without an owner login and that clients can reach service and time selection. You do not need to submit a test booking.
Print on A4 paper
Choose A4 paper and 100% scale in the print window. You can also save a PDF copy. Keep the whole code and its white border intact. Scan the printed sheet again in its intended position.
Invite the next booking at checkout
Point to the poster and say, “Book your next visit here.” Let clients choose a time themselves and help if needed. A walk-in can use the link later; a returning client can plan the next visit before leaving.
Make your booking QR poster
Enter your business name and booking or website link, choose a preset heading, and print a free A4 poster without signing up.
Create a booking QR posterFrequently asked questions
Do I need a Zotview website to use the tool?
No. Use your existing booking or website link. The tool creates the poster without an account; check that the destination page is available to clients before printing.
Do I need a new poster whenever I edit my site?
Changing page content at the same address does not require a new code. If the address changes, keep a working redirect from the old link or replace the poster. Always scan the printed code after the change.
