Tips for this form
- Put your price per guest and for the bride in the form description, so families can plan before they ask.
- Plan one artist for every eight to ten guests who want henna, and say how long the bride's design takes.
- If the bride has reacted before, or isn't sure, offer a small test a few days before the night.
- Say clearly in the description that you use natural henna; many families ask, and some have heard of reactions to dark "black henna".

How is this different from the bridal hair and make-up form?
That form is about styling on the wedding day. This one is about the henna night: henna for the bride and guests, the style and how many people, with hair and make-up as an option.
Why does the form ask about reactions to henna?
Because a reaction on the night spoils the evening and the photos. A yes or not sure tells you to plan a test in advance; the optional note stays short, and the consent covers it.
Can I take a deposit through the form?
No, the form only collects the request. Send your quote and take the deposit the way you already do, for example by bank transfer, once the family has confirmed.
