Agency project quote request form

Many quote requests arrive as a one-line email, and your first reply is a list of questions. This form asks those questions up front: which services the client needs, their company and current website, when they'd like to start, roughly how big the project is and what they want to achieve. You can answer with a realistic quote or a short call instead of a questionnaire.

Opens as an editable form in your dashboard. If you're not signed in yet, you'll sign in or create an account first.

Tips for this form

  • Edit the services list so it mirrors how you package your work; clients recognise themselves faster in familiar terms.
  • Project size deliberately avoids amounts. If you prefer budget ranges, add them as options in your own currency.
  • Use conditional fields to ask follow-up questions for some services only, such as the number of pages for a website.
  • Look through the 'How did you hear about us?' answers now and then to see which channels bring in project enquiries.

Questions about this template

Why is there no budget field?

Many clients don't know their budget before they've spoken to you, and a required amount can put them off. The project size question gives you a rough idea; you can rename it or add your own budget ranges in the builder.

Can I ask for files such as a brief or a logo?

Yes. Add a file upload field in the builder if you want clients to attach documents. The template leaves it out to keep the first step short.

Where do the enquiries end up?

Every enquiry is emailed to your account address and saved under Submissions in your dashboard, where you can also export them as a CSV file.
