Many clients, especially in the Gulf, would rather have the stylist come to them: before a family event, for several people at once, or simply because it's easier at home. A home visit takes more planning than a chair in the salon, so this form asks for what decides whether you can go: which services, for how many people, the date and time of day, and the area. The full address is asked for only when you confirm, and clients can say whether they prefer a female or male stylist and leave a note about parking or the entrance.

Tips for this form
- Name the areas you travel to in the form description, and the minimum booking or travel fee if you charge one.
- Check the number of people against the time you need per person before you confirm, so a visit for five doesn't arrive as a slot for two.
- Ask for the address and a landmark when you confirm by phone or WhatsApp, not on the public form.
- Rename the services after what your team really does at home; drop colour if you only do it in the salon.

Why doesn't the form ask for the full address?
A street address isn't needed to decide whether you can take the visit; the area is. Asking for the address only once you confirm keeps less personal data on forms you might turn down.
Can clients choose a female stylist?
Yes, the form has an optional stylist preference. Many families prefer a female stylist for a home visit, so the question is there; you can remove it if your team works differently.
