Wedding planner enquiry form

The first message from a couple is often just "are you free next June?". Before you can answer, you need to know more: whether the date is fixed, roughly how many guests there will be, where the wedding is, which part you'd take on — full planning, coordination on the day or just the venue search — and what budget the couple has in mind. This form asks for all of it and leaves room for the couple to describe the wedding they imagine. You go into the first call knowing whether the job fits, and the couple doesn't have to tell their story twice.

Opens as an editable form in your dashboard. If you're not signed in yet, you'll sign in or create an account first.

Tips for this form

  • Keep the budget question optional and open: a range in the couple's own words is more honest than a forced choice between brackets.
  • List only the services you offer or arrange through partners, so the checklist doubles as an overview of what you do.
  • Ask couples with no date yet which season or month they have in mind, in your first reply.
  • Reply with two or three times for a first call; the answer about date flexibility tells you how quickly you need to move.

Questions about this template

Why ask whether the date is fixed?

Because it changes your answer. With a fixed date you check your calendar first; with a flexible one you can suggest dates when you and the venues you work with are free.

Should couples give a budget?

It helps, but it's optional in this template. A rough figure lets you say early on whether full planning fits or whether coordination on the day is the better option.

Can I use this form for other events?

Yes. Rename the wedding date and guest count and change the services, and the form works for engagement parties, anniversaries or company events you plan.
