Your services

Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran form one built-up area, so a man looking for a barber on Google Maps sees shops in all three before he asks on WhatsApp whether a chair is free. Zotview's AI builds your shop's website with your services in about a minute, in Arabic or English; you add online booking, so clients pick a time and know exactly where your shop is.

  • Your website and online booking page, built together
  • Clients request appointments any time, even at night; every request reaches your inbox and dashboard
  • A booking link for your Instagram bio and Google profile
  • No commission per booking

Website and online booking are in the free plan. Pro with your own domain: $19 a month.

What a Dammam barbershop website needs

A SAR price on every service

Haircut, beard shaping, razor shave, kids' cut, hair and beard colour, facial cleansing: put each service's SAR price on its last line, and the site shows it as the price, so nobody has to message you just to ask what a cut costs.

Dammam in your address

Name your district with the city, for example Al Adamah, Dammam or Al Mazruiyah, Dammam, so a client in Khobar or Dhahran sees at a glance which city you are in. The contact page shows your address, opening hours and a map once you add the address.

Your evening hours

Set your opening hours day by day, evenings included. Online booking only offers times inside them, so a client can book his after-work slot during the day and not find every chair taken when he arrives.

Arabic, or English for residents

Pick Arabic as the site language for most clients in Dammam. If many of your clients are residents working in the area who don't read Arabic, build the site in English instead.

Running a barbershop site in Dammam

01

One link for Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran

Clients from the neighbouring cities book from the same link. Add it to your Google Business Profile, so it shows next to your pin on Maps, and to your Instagram and Snapchat bios.

02

Ramadan nights and Eid

After taraweeh and in the last nights of Ramadan the chairs fill up. When Ramadan starts, switch your opening hours in Zotview to your Ramadan hours, and online booking only offers the hours you will actually work; switch back after Eid.

03

A WhatsApp button

Use your mobile number with the 966 country code as the business phone, and the site shows a WhatsApp button. When a client asks for a time, reply with the booking link instead of going back and forth.

From the form to a live site

  1. Enter your shopShop name, your district in Dammam and the services you offer. The form at the top is already set to barbershop.

  2. Check the previewLook through the pages, add your SAR prices and photos, and switch on online booking with your opening hours.

  3. Publish and sharePublish on a free zotview.com address or, on a paid plan, your own domain. Then send the booking link to the clients who message you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost? Do you take a commission?

The website and online booking are part of the free plan, and there is no commission per booking. Pro, with your own domain and without the Zotview badge, costs $19 a month.

Can I build the site in Arabic?

Yes. Pick Arabic as the site language before the preview is built, and the AI writes your services, from haircut to beard shaping, and the booking page text in Arabic. Write the SAR prices and your district as you usually do.

Can I confirm each booking myself?

Yes. Choose whether bookings are confirmed automatically or wait for you to confirm them. You get an email for each new booking and see it in your dashboard.

Can clients choose a specific barber?

Not at the moment. Bookings go into one shared schedule; there are no separate calendars per barber. You can limit how many clients each time takes.

Do clients get a reminder before their appointment?

Clients who leave an email receive the booking confirmation and, for bookings made more than a day ahead, a reminder email the day before (you can change or turn this off). Zotview doesn't send SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Right after booking, clients also see a "Send confirmation on WhatsApp" button: one tap opens a chat with your business with the service, date, time and booking code filled in, ready to send. The button shows when your business phone is a mobile number.

How do I get ready for the nights before Eid in Dammam?

When the last ten nights of Ramadan begin, lengthen your evening hours for each weekday in Zotview and set the number of clients per slot to the barbers working those nights. Clients take the free times from your link instead of crowding the shop, and after Eid you go back to your usual week.
