Your services

In Madinah, a barbershop serves the regulars of its district and, near the Prophet's Mosque, visitors who stay a few days and don't know the city. Zotview's AI builds your shop's website with your services in about a minute, in Arabic or English; you add online booking, so both can see your prices and pick a time.

  • Your website and online booking page, built together
  • Clients request appointments any time, even at night; every request reaches your inbox and dashboard
  • A booking link for your Instagram bio and Google profile
  • No commission per booking

Website and online booking are in the free plan. Pro with your own domain: $19 a month.

What a Madinah barbershop website needs

A SAR price on every service

Haircut, beard trim and shaping, razor shave, kids' cut, head shave, hot towel: write the SAR price on the last line of each service and the site shows it as the price, so a visitor knows the cost before walking over.

Your district, or the central area

Name your district with the city, for example Quba, Madinah or Sultanah, Madinah. If your shop is in the central area around the Prophet's Mosque, mention the nearest gate or hotel so visitors find the door.

Arabic, or English for visitors

Visitors come to Madinah from many countries. Pick Arabic for a district shop, and English if many of your clients are visitors or residents who don't read Arabic.

Visitors with little time

A visitor between two prayers wants to know when a chair is free. Online booking shows only the free times within your hours, and you set how many clients each time takes, for example one per working chair.

Running a barbershop site in Madinah

01

Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr

In Ramadan the shop's evening starts after iftar and taraweeh, and the nights before Eid al-Fitr are among the busiest. Switch your opening hours in Zotview to your Ramadan hours when the month begins, and back after Eid.

02

Google Maps

Add the booking link to your Google Business Profile, so a visitor who finds your shop on the map can see your prices and book straight away.

03

WhatsApp, Instagram and Snapchat

Use your mobile number with the 966 country code as the business phone for the WhatsApp button, and put the booking link in your Instagram and Snapchat bios for your regulars.

From the form to a live site

  1. Enter your shopShop name, your district in Madinah and the services you offer. The form at the top is already set to barbershop.

  2. Check the previewLook through the pages, add your SAR prices and photos, and switch on online booking with your opening hours.

  3. Publish and sharePublish on a free zotview.com address or, on a paid plan, your own domain. Then send the booking link to the clients who message you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost? Do you take a commission?

The website and online booking are part of the free plan, and there is no commission per booking. Pro, with your own domain and without the Zotview badge, costs $19 a month.

Can I build the site in Arabic?

Yes. Pick Arabic as the site language before the preview is built, and the AI writes your services, from haircut to razor shave, and the booking page text in Arabic. Write the SAR prices and your district as you usually do.

Can I confirm each booking myself?

Yes. Choose whether bookings are confirmed automatically or wait for you to confirm them. You get an email for each new booking and see it in your dashboard.

Can clients choose a specific barber?

Not at the moment. Bookings go into one shared schedule; there are no separate calendars per barber. You can limit how many clients each time takes.

Do clients get a reminder before their appointment?

Clients who leave an email receive the booking confirmation and, for bookings made more than a day ahead, a reminder email the day before (you can change or turn this off). Zotview doesn't send SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Right after booking, clients also see a "Send confirmation on WhatsApp" button: one tap opens a chat with your business with the service, date, time and booking code filled in, ready to send. The button shows when your business phone is a mobile number.

How do I handle the last nights of Ramadan and Eid in Madinah?

Opening hours in Zotview are set for each day of the week, so give the evenings longer hours for the last ten nights and set the clients per slot to the barbers working each night. Clients only see the times still free, and after Eid you put your usual hours back.
