Tips for this form

  • Send the link on the day of the visit while it's still fresh, for example in your follow-up message or with the invoice.
  • Leave name and email optional; anonymous answers are often more honest.
  • Don't publish answers as public reviews without asking the client first. If someone is happy, ask them separately to leave a review on Google.
  • Export the answers as a CSV file from Submissions to compare feedback between teams or months.
