Gift voucher request form
Take gift voucher requests for an amount or a service, with recipient, message and delivery, then arrange payment yourself.
"Can you get this in for me?" arrives by DM, by phone and at the counter, and it's easy to lose track. This form gives those requests one place: the product, the size, colour or version, how many, the date the customer needs it by and whether they'll collect it or want it delivered. There is no payment step: it's a request, and a note on the form says so. You check availability with your supplier, confirm the price and only then set the item aside. It works for bookshops, bike shops, boutiques, bakeries taking holiday orders and any shop that orders items in for customers.
Opens as an editable form in your dashboard. If you're not signed in yet, you'll sign in or create an account first.

Because nothing is sold yet. Availability and price can change until you've checked with your supplier, so the form only collects the request. Once you've confirmed, take payment the way you usually do: in the shop on collection, by bank transfer or through your own online shop.
A thank-you message saying you'll check availability and price before reserving anything. Turn on the auto-responder if you'd also like them to get an email confirming the request.
Yes. The quantity field has a minimum and a maximum that you can change in the builder, for example a maximum of 2 for a limited release.

A short contact form that also asks what the message is about, so you can answer the right question the first time.
Customers ask for a time with a first and second choice of date, so you can usually confirm with one reply.
The template opens in the form builder, where you can edit every question and choose who receives the submissions.
