  • Your website and online booking page, built together
  • Clients request appointments any time, even at night; every request reaches your inbox and dashboard
  • A booking link for your Instagram bio and Google profile
  • No commission per booking

Website and online booking are in the free plan. Pro with your own domain: $19 a month.

What a Sharjah barbershop website needs

Haircuts and beard services in AED

List the services your Sharjah shop actually offers, such as a haircut, beard trim or combined service. Put each AED price on the last line of its service description so clients can check the cost before choosing.

Choose your site language

Choose Arabic or English for your Sharjah website before generating the preview. Review the service names and your shop's name in that language so clients recognise what they are booking.

Al Majaz or Al Khan: give the full address

Write your area alongside Sharjah, for example Al Majaz, Sharjah. Add the street, building and entrance details to your contact page, then check the map points to the shop rather than a nearby landmark.

A shared booking schedule

Set how many bookings your Sharjah shop can take at the same time. This is one schedule for the business, so explain any arrangements for a particular barber directly to the client; there are no separate staff calendars.

Running a barbershop site in Sharjah

01

Hours for each day

Enter your actual opening hours for every day in Sharjah, including Friday. If you close for a break, block those hours in the booking settings rather than leaving them available on your link.

02

Ramadan and Eid closures

Before changing your Sharjah shop's hours for Ramadan or Eid, update the booking schedule too. Block any dates you will be closed so clients cannot reserve them while the shop is shut.

03

One link in your replies

Add your UAE mobile number with country code 971 to show the WhatsApp button. Share your Sharjah booking link in WhatsApp replies, on Instagram and on your Google Business Profile so clients reach the same schedule.

From the form to a live site

  1. Enter your shopShop name, your area in Sharjah and the services you offer. The form at the top is already set to barbershop.

  2. Check the previewLook through the pages, add your AED prices and photos, and switch on online booking with your opening hours.

  3. Publish and sharePublish on a free zotview.com address or, on a paid plan, your own domain. Then send the booking link to the clients who message you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost? Do you take a commission?

The website and online booking are part of the free plan, and there is no commission per booking. Pro, with your own domain and without the Zotview badge, costs $19 a month.

Can I build the site in Arabic?

Yes. Pick Arabic as the site language before the preview is built, and the AI writes your services, from haircut to beard shaping, and the booking page text in Arabic. Write the AED prices and your area as you usually do.

Can clients pay online?

Yes, if you want: add your own payment provider's link (iyzico, PayTR, Moyasar, Tap or any other) in the booking settings, and clients see the deposit or price before they book and pay on the provider's page. The money goes straight to you; Zotview never holds it. Without a link, clients pay in person as before. Those who leave an email receive their booking confirmation there.

Can I close the shop for one day or a few hours?

Yes. In your booking settings you can block a date, or a few hours of it, for example for Eid, and online booking won't offer those times.

Do clients get a reminder before their appointment?

Clients who leave an email receive the booking confirmation and, for bookings made more than a day ahead, a reminder email the day before (you can change or turn this off). Zotview doesn't send SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Right after booking, clients also see a "Send confirmation on WhatsApp" button: one tap opens a chat with your business with the service, date, time and booking code filled in, ready to send. The button shows when your business phone is a mobile number.

Can I set Friday hours for my Sharjah shop separately?

Yes. Set Friday's opening hours for your Sharjah shop independently of the other days. If you close for Friday prayer or a break, block that time as well; clients can only book the hours you leave available.
