Contact form for small businesses
A short contact form that also asks what the message is about, so you can answer the right question the first time.
A small business rarely needs a recruitment portal; it needs a way for good people to say they're interested without writing a formal letter. This form asks for the position, whether the applicant wants full-time, part-time or a few hours a week, when they could start, their experience in a few sentences and why they'd like to work with you. A link to a CV or online profile is optional, so people who don't have one ready can still apply. A consent line records that their details may be used for this application.
Opens as an editable form in your dashboard. If you're not signed in yet, you'll sign in or create an account first.
