Catering order request form

Once a customer has chosen from your catering menu, you need the actual dishes and quantities rather than a broad quote enquiry. This template records the order date, required time, number of people and item list, plus collection or a delivery request. Your team reviews kitchen capacity, delivery coverage and the final total before confirming the order. No payment is collected by this form.

Opens as an editable form in your dashboard. If you're not signed in yet, you'll sign in or create an account first.

Questions about this template

How is this different from a catering quote request?

This form is for customers who can list dishes and quantities from your menu. Use a catering quote request instead when the menu and service requirements still need to be planned.

Does selecting delivery guarantee delivery?

No. Delivery is a request. Your team checks the address, timing and any delivery charge before agreeing to fulfil the catering order.

Can this charge a deposit for catering?

This template has no payment field and does not charge a deposit. After reviewing the order, arrange payment separately through your payment provider and keep card details off the form.
